This recreation area in Whitefish Bay features a sandy shoreline as the park winds down from Lake Shore Drive to Lake Michigan.  The park features a community-built playground, picnic areas, tennis courts, warming house with restrooms, ice-skating in winter, and a picturesque path down to the beach on Lake Michigan.

The beach is open to swimming but it is not equipped with lifeguards or a beach house for changing. Please check with the North Shore Health Department regarding bacteriological monitoring of the water during the summer months.
